I have been a tenant with Estates for nearly 4 years now. Whenever I have come across a problem that needs fixing, I report it and office staff are quick and helpful to get the job sorted for me and it’s fixed as soon as I am available for them to do so, they are good working around my availability. And on this occasion, I needed a new radiator, I want to say a big THANK YOU! to mark, the gas engineer who works for Estates as nothing seemed to big of a problem for him, even though the job was a pain, he got it done. I can’t thank him enough. He is always so polite and cleans up after his work. I highly recommend.

We have had a problem with our radiators for a while but the gas engineers from Uk estates have persisted and fixed the problem. The engineer sent out has always been polite and thorough with his work. I am really pleased and happy with the service received.

I have an Electric Heat Source Pump heating system put into the house along with new radiators, extraction fans in bathroom and kitchen, external walls insulated,flat roof insulated,loft insulated and 7 Solar Panels which helps towards keeping my cost of energy down ,all work done in a couple of weeks ,tidy friendly work persons.would recommend this system being put in.

I've rented from a few different Estate agents in the past and I have to say these are by far the best. The property isn't faultless but every single time I have reported a repair they have responded in a timely manner. The staff are all great and the maintainence team are brilliant. Been here 2 years and I hope to be for many more to come.

I have been a tenant with estates four years and find it the only affordable option in this climate to rent cheap and easily with out expensive application fees, any issues we have had has been resolved quickly and easily and they also are very friendly and fast responsive. Would highly recommend as a landlord.

Moved in July 2020 with a few worries on how it would go, i have to say up to now they have been a brill estate agent nothing has been to much trouble especially with repairs and repairs man been great, I love my little house thanks estates UK mrs whitehead.
